Town of Vincent Film Project

 

The Town of Vincent, in association with the Film & Television Institute, is commissioning a series of short films under 5 minutes.

Are you the next Howard, Allen, Coppola, Scorsese, Antonioni, Bergman, Hitchcock or Fellini? If the heart of a true auteur beats within you, then the Vincent Film Project just might be the break you are looking for to launch your filmmaking journey.

The Vincent Film Project aims to represent the Town, its residents and their stories as well as providing emerging filmmakers with an opportunity to showcase their storytelling abilities.

The successful applicants will receive $2,000 cash and up to $3,000 in equipment and facilities hire from FTI, plus a 12 month FTI membership. Completed films are then screened on a warm summer’s night, giving hundreds of Vincent residents and film-lovers alike the opportunity to glimpse into aspects of a vibrant community.
