Commercials director Adam Blaiklock’s debut feature film Caught Inside is a psychological thriller where a tight-knit group of surfers venture to a secluded island paradise on the 'surfari' of their lives. However, they make the mistake of bringing the one thing that can tear them apart - a beautiful young woman.
The film stars Ben Oxenbould, Daisy Betts, Sam Lyndon, Simon Lyndon, Harry Cook, Leeanna Walsman and Peter Phelps.
It was shot entirely in the Maldives over four weeks, with the seven cast and seven crew living and working onboard the boat.
Caught Inside is featuring in this year’s Freak Me Out section of the Sydney Film Festival. The film’s world premiere on Friday, June 11 has sold out but tickets are still available for the Sunday screening and Q&A session on June 13.
