I Am You, starring Guy Pearce and Miranda Otto, has had a difficult history that has long delayed its release both in Australia and overseas.
The film, which is based on a true story and was previously titled In her Skin, was recently shown at the Cannes International Film Festival by Goldcrest Films. (The promo trailer can also be found on their site here.)
It tells the story of fifteen-year old ballerina Rachel, who is everything self-loathing Caroline is not. Caroline is determined to become someone new, even if that means murder.
