Movie Extra Tropfest Australia is upping the digital ante for their 20th Birthday celebrations with the launch of their FREE interactive iPhone application from today.
iPhone users can now watch a great range of Tropfest Finalist films from over the years, as well as an exclusive selection of shortlisted films from last year’s competition.
With the world’s largest short film festival’s big night just around the corner – Sunday 19 February, Tropfest fans can also check out maps and event information for all nine Tropfest event sites across Australia and New Zealand.
Developed by digital agency, Captiv8, Trop fans with iPhones are guided through an interactive experience of short films, director bio’s and film information.
The app has been specially tailored for the avid Tropfest fan. With the ability to set up playlists of favourite films, movie buffs will now always have their favourite Tropfest films at their finger-tips.
