WHEN:  29/06/2012 to 01/07/2012

WHERE:  James Theatre, Dungog

STATE:  NSW

COUNTRY:  AUS

Beginning on 29 June 2012, Cockatoo Film Institute will host the three day Dungog Film Festival which showcases the best submissions of Australian shorts, feature films, documentaries, music videos and TV pilots.

The festival is known for its unique and non-competitive environment with an overall objective to appreciate Australian screen culture and heritage by supporting local, original, and contemporary talent.

Established in 2007, the DFF is now considered one of Australia's key festivals for film makers and lovers. By encouraging local content to be viewed by local audiences the festival hopes to secure ties between film and television communities as well as offer up a cultural event set within a rural context.
