Sydney, Tuesday 3rd November 2009: It was announced today that one of Australia’s most acclaimed young actor Sam Worthington has returned to Australia and will be supporting the Australian film industry by presenting an award at the 2009 Kodak Inside Film Awards in Sydney’s Luna Park on Wed November 18th.
Worthington has become a household name in the US starring alongside Christian Bale in Terminator Salvation and has roles in a number of upcoming blockbusters including James Cameron’s Avatar, The Debt with Helen Mirren, Last Night with Keira Knightly and Eva Mendez, Clash of the Titans with Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes. Worthington is no stranger to the Inside Film Awards having begun his career with roles in IF Award winning films Getting’ Square and Somersault.
