Clucas will oversee the diverse and vast production schedule for FMA while actively seeking and producing exciting new television formats. A strategic and operational role, the Director of Programming will also facilitate and maintain FMA’s unique and vital relationship with its client base. Clucas will support the recently appointed FMA CEO, Ian Hogg, in his management strategy to ensure the continued success and growth of the FMA business.

Simon Spalding, Regional CEO of Europe and Asia Pacific, FremantleMedia, said: “Tim’s experience in production and development along with his knowledge of the Australian market makes him the perfect candidate for this important role. FMA’s production slate is the most impressive of all the independent producers and I look forward to building it further.  There is huge opportunity in Australia to produce new and innovative programming and I want to ensure FMA continues to be at the forefront.”

Tim’s appointment as Director of Programming highlights FremantleMedia’s commitment to investing in creative and strategic talent, and providing the opportunity for them to flourish.  Along with Tim and Ian, FremantleMedia has recently announced Jon Penn as the CEO Asia Pacific, FremantleMedia Enterprises.
