A new trailer has been released for Zack Snyder film Sucker Punch.
After recently working together on the 3D adventure Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole, Snyder and Sydney-based visual effects company Animal Logic strap themselves in for another blockbuster.
Sucker Punch follows Babydoll (Emily Browning) who is confined to a mental institution in the 1950s by her stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape. Needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man.
The estimated $90 million film is scheduled to be released in both conventional and IMAX cinemas on March 24, 2011.
