Sticky Pictures announce new executive producer

Sticky Pictures, the Sydney-based animation production
company, is pleased to announce that Donna Andrews – a founding partner and
producer with the company – will take over the Executive Producer role
effective immediately.

Donna will be filling the shoes of Tim Brooke-Hunt who is
leaving Sticky Pictures to join the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as
Executive Head of Children’s. 

‘On behalf of Sticky, I’d like to thank Tim for all his
fantastic work and wonderful guidance over the last five years. We will miss him greatly and wish him
every success in his new role at the ABC,’ Ms Andrews said. 

Stu Connolly, founding partner and script producer at Sticky
Pictures said ‘It’s a very exciting time for Sticky – we are mid production on
two short animated films, and are planning to start production on “Pearlie”, a
52 x 12 minute animated series based on the Wendy Harmer’s series of books,
later this year’.

Mr Brooke-Hunt said ‘I wish Donna and Stu well with Sticky’s
exciting production slate. I have every confidence that the company will
develop strongly under Donna’s leadership.’

Sticky remains committed to producing innovative, high
quality animation series for both the Australian and international markets.
