KOJO APPOINTS NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF POST PRODUCTION

PRESS RELEASE

National storytelling company KOJO has added to its Adelaide-based team with the appointment of Lauri Sharp as General Manager, Post Production.

Lauri hails from New Zealand and joins the KOJO team with over 20 years experience in the film and television industries including almost two years at Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post.

Working directly with international and local filmmakers, and alongside in-house Producers, Lauri has been privileged to work on many amazing projects such as District 9, The Lovely Bones, Separation City and Matariki.

With a strong management background, Lauri most recently lead the Post Production team at Foxtel, overseeing one of the largest Avid/ISIS infrastructures in Australasia with 23 edit suites.

Speaking from LA, where he is currently working on Greg McLean's latest feature "6 Miranda Drive", KOJO Executive Director of Post Production Marty Pepper is delighted by the appointment. “We feel very fortunate to have someone of Lauri’s calibre come and join us at KOJO. She brings with her the perfect blend of knowledge and experience that will complement our model brilliantly.”

Lauri says of her new appointment, “I’ve admired KOJO’s work over the years, and was lucky enough to work with Marty Pepper and Kate Butler on several of their film projects while I was at Park Road. I’m really excited to be working with such an amazing team of creative people.”

Lauri’s appointment continues KOJO’s commitment to tell stories like no other.
