Multiple sales for Oz preschool series

9 Story Media Group  has signed multiple deals for the second season of Australia’s SLR Productions’ preschool series Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare (78 x 11’).

Licenses have been secured with NCircle Entertainment, a leading children’s and family home entertainment distributor in North America, along with broadcasters Z@pp in the Netherlands, and Minimini in Poland.

The second season will be screening for the first time at next month’s MIPJR. Deals were also secured for season one of the series with JimJam (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and RTP (Portugal). High-res image attached

The series is produced by Australia’s SLR Productions, along with Germany’s KIKA-Der Kinderkanal and HR-Hessischer Rundfunk of ARD as well as ABC Kids. The series airs on KiKA and HR/ ARD (Germany), Disney Junior (U.S.), ABC Kids, Nick Jr. (UK and France), TFO and TVO (Canada), Disney Junior (Spain & Italy), Minimax (Central Europe), Minimini (Poland), TV2 (Norway), YLE (Finland), Z@PP (Netherlands), RUV (Iceland), VRT (Belgium), RTVS (Slovenia), EESTI (Estonia), Canal Once (Mexico), Hakka TV (Taiwan), E Junior (UAE), TRT (Turkey), Hop! (Israel) and JCC (Middle East).

eOne distributes season one on DVD for the series in Canada and the U.S and NBC Universal distributes DVDs globally excluding USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The series is based on the bestselling book by Sam McBratney, illustrated by Anita Jeram and published by Walker Books. The book, which is published in 53 languages, has sold 32 million copies globally and is celebrating its 20th Anniversary.

The animated series relates the adventures of the Nutbrown Hares and their friends with the same charm and love that has made the book a timeless story time favourite.
