Palace Cinemas and Honda announce partnership

Press release from TM Publicity

Honda Australia has today announced a unique partnership with Palace Cinemas across Australia.

The partnership will see Honda commercials played on all Palace Cinema screens, as well as shared communications and value-adding activities with their combined customer bases.

Honda Australia Marketing Manager, Mr. Kevin Lillie, is excited about Honda’s new partner. “Within minutes of meeting the Zeccolas [Palace Cinemas’ owners], we knew we were dealing with a company that shared our passion and values.

“Both companies were founded by visionary individuals with big dreams. Palace Cinemas’ Antonio Zeccola and our Founder, Soichiro Honda both overcame many hurdles and obstacles to see their dreams and visions come to life,” Mr. Lillie said.

Benjamin Zeccola, Executive Director of the family owned Palace Cinemas, said; “At Palace Cinemas, we are striving to provide the optimum entertainment experience and our patrons are entitled to have high expectations. We are very particular about every aspect of our business and we have been seeking a partner with a brand that shared our values.

“Honda is one of those rare companies. They share our passion for creativity and quality and we both challenge the conventional to bring an outstanding experience to our patrons,” Mr. Zeccola said.

Honda Australia’s advertising agency, Draftfcb has created a whimsical 15 second Ident film that will appear at the beginning of each screening. The film features Honda’s factory robots dreaming of their favourite film. To view the film, visit Honda’s YouTube channel www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOe9xJcyfs4
