Stan extends content partnership with MGM

Stan has extended its content partnership with MGM, with the new agreement to see a slate of first-run series and several blockbusters, including the James Bond franchise, land on the service.

The streamer has also recently cut content deals with NBCUniversal, Lionsgate and WarnerMedia.

Coming to Stan is romantic-adventure series Billy The Kid from MGM’s US cable network Epix, as well as The Box, starring Anna Friel, and The Reunion, starring Ioan Gruffudd, Ivanna Sakhno and Grégory Fitoussi.

The film slate, available from 2023, will include Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci, Paul Thomas Anderson’s Licorice Pizza, Aretha Franklin biopic Respect, and The Addams Family 2. The partnership also includes the entire 007 franchise, including the latest film No Time To Die.
