"deadside" is a supernatural TV show, produced in Australia by SL8IT Productions, with a strong focus on story, action, adventure and martial arts.
It is the first of its kind to ever be produced in Australia, featuring a strong multicultural cast, with Asian, European, African, Middle Eastern and American characters.
Set in Sydney, it revolves around a young British girl named Sara, who's life is thrown into turmoil when a mysterious man named Boli Shah starts pursuing her. She is eventually drawn into a mysterious world of Voodoo, ancient oriental mysticism, martial arts and the Yakuza gangster underworld. She is the reincarnation of an ancient warrior known as Ogunte, who must stop Baron Samedi, guardian of the dead from crossing his armies over from deadside into the world of the living.
The cast have previously featured in Various Feature Films and on television in Gangs of Oz, CIA: Crime Investigation Australia, Rescue Special Ops, Home and Away, Neighbours, Packed to the Rafters, Tomorrow When The War Began, Kitchen Whiz and on Channels 7, 9 and ESPN.
Andy Minh Trieu is also currently a Cleo Bachelor of the year nominee and already their Thomas Sabo event.
