The ABCs of Death [Trailer]

Australian writer/director Andrew Traucki (The Reef) is one of 26 directors chosen to work on the anthology film The ABCs of Death.

Inspired by children's educational books, the horror film is made up of 26 different chapters, each helmed by a different director.

The directors, who were each assigned a different letter of the alphabet, were given free reign to choose a word and then develop a story from there.

Every story involves death.

The ABCs of Death has been confirmed to have its World Premiere at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival Midnight Madness Programme and will hit cinema screens on March 8 2013.

Traucki is also working on a new horror feature film The Jungle.

The film has recently wrapped principal photography and is currently in post-production in Sydney. In a bid to finance the remainder of the production process, Traucki has launched a crowd funding campaign. His goal is to reach $16,500 in order to buy more editing time and superior colour grade and sound design.
