Europa! Europa returns to Sydney and Melbourne in 2024 for three weeks of prestige European cinema, along with live music and special events.

This year’s program will be revealed at a screening of Matteo Garrone’s Io Capitano on Thursday, January 18 at Lido Cinemas Hawthorn and Ritz Cinemas Randwick.

Italy’s submission for the Best International Feature Film Academy Award follows the odyssey of two teenagers, who decide to leave their home in Senegal and journey across the ocean to Europe in search of fame and fortune.
