The 70th edition of the Melbourne International Film Festival will see the cultural event expand its footprint. From The Capitol to Castlemaine’s Theatre Royal, Pentridge Coburg and The Forum, MIFF 70 will be the biggest season of the festival yet.

MIFF returns to metro, regional and suburban theatres from with a celebration of cinema, plus a number of specially commissioned works and exciting events intended to celebrate the landmark platinum anniversary.

In addition, select films will streaming online nationally via digital platform MIFF Play (August 11-28).
