Revelation Perth International Film Festival City of Vincent Film Project – Applications
The Revelation Perth International Film Festival commissioning collaboration with the City of Vincent provides $7,000 to three local filmmakers to produce a non-fiction short (10-min or less) highlighting a story from within the municipality. Successful filmmakers are mentored through the process from start to finish, receiving guidance on technical requirements, storytelling fundamentals, post-production techniques, and marketing and communication strategies. MIFF XR Commission – Applications
A philanthropic grant of $80,000 from artist and filmmaker Ling Ang will go towards the creation of an immersive XR work that “celebrates, interrogates, and illuminates” Melbourne, as well as Melbourne International Film Festival’s role in the city’s cultural sector. The XR Commission will premiere on the MIFF XR platform in 2022.
