2025 AACTA Awards: Submissions

The Australian Academy has opened entries for the 2025 AACTA Awards, to be held on the Gold Coast. All award categories from the previous year will return, with additional details regarding awards for VFX and digital/online content set to be announced in the coming months. This will be the second year the prestigious ceremonies will be held on the Gold Coast alongside the 2025 AACTA Festival. Blussh Romance Festival

Blussh Romance Festival will be accepting feature film and short film (Quickies) submissions for the 2025 festival. The festival first hit the Brisbane scene in February 2024 and brought together romantics from all genres, sub genres and formats. Blussh is a celebration of romance, love and connection through film screenings and author events. Submission deadlines: November 1, 2024 (earlybird deadline), December 20, 2024 (regular deadline), January 6, 2025 (notification date), February 13 – 16, 2025 (event date).
