Sony’s annual short film festival, Catchlight Film Festival will return for 2023.  The festival is for filmmakers of all levels, from amateurs to industry veterans, who wish to showcase their talent and demonstrate how they use the Sony system to capture their stories. The judges for this year's festival are cinematographer Stefan Duscio ACS, and directors Gracie Otto and Yolanda Ramke. Panasonic's Lumix 72-hour Filmmaking Challenge is open to all Australian filmmakers, with the eventual winner receiving a prize package including more than $10,000 RRP of Lumix imaging products plus $5,000 in cash.
