Galaxy Pop's animated comedy hit Get Ace continues its run of strong international sales with the series now heading to Hulu.
Get Ace will be broadcast on the US streaming service under the new Hulu Kids, a new collection for Hulu subscribers that brings together ad-free kids shows in one secure area.
Along with Hulu, Get Ace has also been sold to Teletoon+ (Poland), Gloob (Brazil) and OKTO (Singapore).
These deals follow earlier sales including Boing (France), TVE (Spain), E-Junior (UAE), Zoom (Israel), TVNZ (New Zealand), plus Australia’s ABC and Network TEN's youth-focused digital channel Eleven.
Galaxy Pop CEO and co-founder Gian Christian said, ‘’North America is fast becoming an important home for the content we make at Galaxy Pop. We have several deals for both film and television projects underway in the territory.’’
The series follows the adventures of hapless geek Ace McDougal who, after being accidentally fitted with a pair of hi-tech super-spy braces, finds himself thrown into a world of espionage and adventure. Directed and produced by Galaxy Pop's Gian Christian and Dina McPherson, Get Ace has been topping the ratings with multiple broadcasters globally.
Production on the second season of Get Ace will begin later this year.
