A short drama about two first-generation Australians who are rivals in a badminton tournament has won Byron Bay Film Festival’s Young Australian Filmmakers Award competition.
Some 10 films have been nominated for the Young Australian Filmmaker of the Year Award at the Byron Bay International Film Festival, with veteran actor Jack Thompson among the judges.
