When Leila McDougall decided to make a film focused on rural mental health just prior to COVID, it was her experience as both a farmer and a teacher that guided the message she wanted to convey and the form it took.
WA writer/director Adam Morris has made a long-term commitment to film production in his hometown of Albany, announcing the formation of the Great Southern Film Co-Operative to produce one film annually in the area across the next decade.
