Visual effects giant DNEG always knew it wanted to expand to Australia. It was a key part of the world where it didn’t have a presence, and therefore offered an untapped talent pool.
However, the right opportunity hadn’t come up yet. That is, until Furiosa.
DNEG president of global production and operations Merzin Tavaria doesn’t want to mince his words: George Miller brought the company to Sydney.
