Disney's Zootopia narrowly beat out the combined might of Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Jessica Chastain and Emily Blunt over the weekend, with Huntsman: Winter's War debuting on 262 screens for an overall take of $2.7 million.
Zootopia has now rung up $19.2 million after four weeks.
WB's Batman V Superman dropped fifty-five percent – substantial though not as steep as its drop-off at the North American box office – while pulling in just over $2 million to bring its total to $26.3 million after three weeks.
Next best was Uni's My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, which made $1.7 million and has pulled in $12 million overall after three weeks, and Fox's Kung Fu Panda 3 – $1.4 million last week for a cume of $8.9 million, likewise after three weeks in release.
Coming in at number six was Gavin Hood's Eye in the Sky, which dropped a mere six percent to bring its total to $1.2 million after three weeks.
Gerard Butler's London Has Fallen has now made $5.5 million after four weeks, while The Lady in the Van is sitting on over $9 million after six.
Fox's Deadpool has now pulled in $42.9 million after nine weeks in release, and is still playing on 106 screens.
Coming in at number ten was Grímur Hákonarson's Rams, the acclaimed Icelandic comedy-drama which has so far made $292,398 off the back of a strong print campaign.
Just outside the top ten was Jennifer Peedom's Sherpa, on 30 screens, which rang up $122,762 last week to bring its cume to $531,223 after two weeks.
Simon Stone's The Daughter, on 53 locations, took $104,434 in its fourth week and has now rung up a healthy $1,408,003 overall.
