SYDNEY, 17 June 2013 -.The Lebanese Film Festival (LFF) Association is proud to announce the Bank of Sydney as the official naming rights sponsor for 2013.
Now in its second edition, the Bank of Sydney – Lebanese Film Festival is the world’s largest festival of Lebanese film. With branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, the Bank of Sydney is known for its community engagement and is committed to supporting initiatives that celebrate
diversity.
Bank of Sydney Chief Executive Officer, Julie Elliott says, “Bank of Sydney is proud to present to the Multicultural Australian society an additional opportunity to link the diverse ethnic communities together through arts and movies, contributing to strengthening the cultural, social and artistic exchange between them.”
Ms Elliott stressed, “Bank of Sydney is keen to supporting such initiatives which deepen the understanding of different backgrounds and cultures, leading to the harmony and the development of communities in Australia.”

Set to take place in late August this year, the Bank of Sydney Lebanese Film Festival is expected to run over a duration of three weeks. 50 film submissions were received for 2013 with film types varying from features, shorts, documentaries and animations.
