The AFI is calling for screen industry professionals to take part in judging the 2011 Samsung Mobile AFI Awards, as AFI Awards Jurors.
Jurors are required for the Feature Film Pre-Selection, Documentary, Television, Visual Effects, Young Actor, Short Fiction Film and Short Animation juries.
Each AFI Awards jury is created with representatives across all industry crafts, and jurors play an integral role in selecting this year’s AFI Awards nominees and winners.

All professional members of the AFI are eligible to become an AFI Awards juror. If you are not an AFI member, but are a member of another screen industry guild we encourage you to consider taking part in the AFI Awards by becoming a professional AFI member.

The AFI will Call for Entries in the 2011 Samsung Mobile AFI Awards shortly, at that time all relevant information pertaining to this year’s AFI Awards entry process will become available on our website.
Prior to entries opening for 2011, the AFI would like to remind all potential entrants that, in order to ensure only those that are actively involved as Producers are entered as candidates for awards presented to "Producers" in the 2011 Samsung Mobile AFI Awards. Only those award candidates listed as a Producer in the credits of a production may be put forward as a Producer award candidate in the online entry. We will not be accepting credited “Creators” as Producer candidates, unless they are also credited as a Producer.
Exceptions to the rule will not be considered in this matter.
