Filmmaking Summer School, Trinity College, Melbourne University.

Join Melbourne's leading filmmakers, including Directors Nadia Tass and David Swann, Cinematographers David Parker and Ellery Ryan, Screenwriters Mac Gudgeon, Jutta Goetze and Chris Corbett, Sound Designer Craig Carter, Composer Cezary Skubiszewski and a host of others when they teach all aspects of practical film production at the annual Filmmaking Summer School at Melbourne University.
 
Areas taught cover screenwriting for the big and small screen, directing, acting, production and sound design, editing, digital effects, film music and documentary filmmaking. 
 
The 5 cinematography days using state-of-the-art camera, lighting and gripping equipment and is taught by a professional camera crew, including Steadicam Operator Louis Puli.
 
The Filmmaking Summer School offers solid instruction in feature, shorts and documentary film making as well as an introduction to the acting process, a realistic picture of the Australian film industry and how to find a place within it. 
 
Open to aspiring filmmakers of all ages, media teachers and students, filmmakers wanting to change career direction, production companies training staff and photographers wanting to change to the moving image.
