Brisbane startup Prettygreat has won the Innovation Award and Game of the Year at the 2015 Australian Game Developer Awards for its debut game, Land Sliders.
The AGDAs are the most prestigious awards of the Australian games industry and attract developers from around the country to nominate and visit Melbourne for the event.
Prettygreat was founded in February 2015 by Luke Muscat, Phil Larsen and Hugh Walters.
The trio are veterans of Halfbrick, where Muscat was involved with Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride.
Larsen served as chief marketing Officer, and Hugh was lead artist and art director for multiple projects.
Land Sliders is a simple, innovative casual game for iPhone and iPad that seeks to turn your perception of touchscreen control around.
Land Sliders now has more than 1.4 million downloads worldwide.
Prettygreat now plans support the game with further content updates, and commence work on its second title.
