Louise Sams, Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc and President of Turner Broadcating System International will be the guest speaker at the Women in Television Breakfast as part of the ASTRA 2009 conference on Thursday March 19.
Ms Sams oversees Turner’s business operations in more than 200 countries, including CNN, Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies in Australia. In what promises to be an entertaining conversation with journalist Brooke Corte from Sky News Business, Ms Sams will discuss the formidable responsibilities she faces and the road she has travelled to her position as one of the most influential women in global media.
The breakfast will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney from 7.45am prior to the commencement of the Conference.
