Metro Screen and the Australian Film Festival present a panel discussion on film

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Australian Directors Guild, the Australian Film Festival and Metro Screen present a panel discussion on the craft of directing as part of the third annual Australian Film Festival program.

Moderated by Festival Director Barry Watterson, this is an intimate two-hour discussion on filmmaking amongst some of Australia's most prolific directors on Wednesday 14th March 2012 from 6.00pm at Metro Screen. A cross section of Australian Directors at varying stages of their career will discuss the craft, their own career, and their unique approach to directing.

This high profile panel includes award winning Directors Kriv Stenders (Red Dog, Boxing Day) and Gillian Armstrong (Charlotte Gray, Oscar and Lucinda, LittleWomen), Rowan Woods (Little Fish, The Boys, Winged Creatures, The Straights, Spirited) and Samantha Lang (The Monkey's Mask, The Well, My Place, All Saints).
