Following the outcome of the Western Australian State Government Election on September 6, ScreenOnline will now be operating business as usual.
Upon the WA State Government’s announcement mid-August that it was going to hold elections, ScreenWest had to comply to the Caretaker Conventions during this period.
In its news release this week, ScreenOnline announced that the new WA Premier Colin Barnett has appointed Mr John Day MLA as the new Western Australian Minister for Culture and the Arts.
Mr Day first stood for State Parliament in 1993 and has previously held the position of Minister for Health and Minister for Police and Emergency Services. Mr Day has also been appointed as the Minister for Planning.
