SPAAmart 2007 executive line-up announced

The Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) today announced the feature film executives who will participate in this year’s SPAAmart, which runs from 13 to 15 November at the Sheraton Mirage on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
SPAAmart is the Australian and New Zealand film financing market that has been held during the SPAA Conference since 2003. This year a record number of executives from 24 companies will attend – 10 international (including, for the first time, from Korea and Hong Kong) and 25 local.

The executives will engage in 2 ½ days of pitch meetings and social opportunities with the selected filmmakers and their projects, to establish new relationships and to build on existing ones for the further of financing of the feature films.

The eleven selected projects from Australia and New Zealand includes a number of highly experienced and awarded directors and producers.
