Australia's screen production sector can look forward to modest growth in revenues and profits over the next five years, according to a new study.
Revenues at Australian cinemas this financial year are projected to drop by 2.5% to $1.4 billion but profits are expected to improve slightly to $140.8 million.
The upcoming launches of IPTV services will accelerate the decline in free-to-air viewing and revenues and curb the growth of pay-TV in the next five years.
