Australian Writers’ Guild (AWG) group CEO Jacqueline Elaine is resigning after 15 years at the helm of the organisation due to a health condition.
The Make it Australian campaign is heading back to Canberra for the first time since the federal election, restating its case for local content requirements to be placed on digital platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Shane Brennan has been elected the president of the Australian Writers' Guild (AWG), succeeding Jan Sardi.
