The Australian Centre for the Moving Image has announced the foundation members of its creative co-working space, ACMI X.
Last year's winner Daniel Crooks said that the commission had "afforded me the rare privilege to focus exclusively on a project for an extended period - to think big, to experiment and ultimately to take an important step forward in my practice.â€
ACMI's exhibition runs from May 26 to September 18.
Spanning animation, live-action and documentary titles, the Little Big Shots 2016 program features over 80 films, with 22 films made by child filmmakers and 28 films made by Australian filmmakers, screening over 10 days from July 1.
