The Victorian Government has launched a $3 million fund to encourage large-scale Indian film and television projects to the state.
Minister for Creative Industries Martin Foley met the cast and crew and toured the set with Butler and Hope.
The strategy outlines key actions to directly benefit Victoria's games, television and film industries.
The initiative aims to secure a pipeline of TV titles into the state over the next two years and will deliver an estimated $80 million in production expenditure to the state, Film Victoria said in a statement.
David Hanna has been appointed as the president of Film Victoria for a term of two years, succeeding Ian Robertson who has retired from the board.
ACMI's exhibition runs from May 26 to September 18.
