The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has cleared Foxtel’s proposed purchase of a 14.9% stake in Network Ten Holdings and Ten’s 24.99 per cent stake in Foxtel’s advertising agency Multi-Channel Network (MCN).
Ten has unveiled a raft of new shows including drama 'Playing for Keeps', narrative comedies 'How to Stay Married and Street Smart', a rebooted 'Blind Date', observational documentary 'The Secret Life of Four Year Olds' and the first-ever pilots week on Australian TV.
