The Wedding Party has won Best International Feature at the 2011 Manhattan Film Festival.
The film has also been selected for a host of upcoming festivals including Raindance (UK), Tulsa Film Festival (USA), The Kansas International Film Festival (USA) and The New York City International Film Festival where it is nominated for Best Film, Best Director (Amanda Jane), Best Actor (Josh Lawson) and Best Actress (Isabel Lucas).
The Wedding Party was financed by Screen Australia, Melbourne International Film Festival Premiere Fund, Film Victoria Poultney Pty Ltd and private investors.
