Films include the quirky Coopers Best Short Film winner, The Six Dollar Fifty Man from NZ, karaoke romantic comedy and Best Australian Short Film winner Celestial Avenue and the joyful Wagah – winner of the National Geographic Award for Best Short Documentary, from filmmaker Supriyo Sen.
The screening also includes recent AFI-nominated animation, Zero, winner of the Audioloc Best Achievement in Sound Award at Flickerfest this year, from filmmakers Christopher and Christine Kezelos.
Tickets are on sale now and you can help by coming along, experiencing some fine award-winning films from Flickerfest, live music and a glass of wine and knowing you are making a difference. The event kicks off at 7pm on Wednesday 21st July, at the Chauvel Cinema in Paddington.
And Flickerfest congratulates all the recent AFI-nominees for Best Short Film and Best Short Animation.
