Press release from Metro Screen
Three Multiplatform Screen Producer Scholarship students from Metro Screen – Claire Evans, Anna Bay and James Boyce – are heading to MIPCOM 2010 in Cannes to take their multiplatform concept to market.
MIPCOM 2010 attracts the key decision makers across the entire TV content value chain: 12,000 participants from 102 countries. Our three students will be pitching their multiplatform concept.
The students will be meeting with Lionsgate and another distributor from Denmark as well as talking to international broadcasters.
“The best outcome from their visit to Cannes would be funding of the concept to build a proto-type and they’ll be looking for film and television properties to align with," said Bethany Bruce Learning and Development Manager, Metro Screen.
