Proving that SPAA Fringe can mix it up, they have announced a ‘totes amaze’ addition to the 2012 keynote speaker line up, with the creators of the Bondi Hipsters joining the line up of high profile filmmakers and producers at the two day event.
With over 4 million hits on YouTube, over 12,000 Facebook fans, and now in development for a TV series on an Australian network, the Bondi Hipsters have taken the online world by storm, with their hilarious satrical look at the life and daily contradictions of Adrian and Dom.
Taking a break from eating goji berries and partying their ar*ses off in nightclubs, the Bondi Hipsters’ Christiaan Van Vuuren and Nick Boshier will head to the two-day event to share the stories behind producing and distributing content in the totes ridic age of YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
SPAA Fringe is a two-day event comprised of workshops, roundtables, one-on-one sessions, panel discussions, film screenings and social networking events. The 2012 Fringe will take place from October 26-27th during the inaugural Cockatoo Island Film Festival (CIFF).
Christiaan Van Vuuren and Nick Boshier join low budget movie extraordinaire Larry Cohen and Kylie Du Fresne, producer of THE SAPPHIRES, in the keynote line up for Fringe.
