AFTRS opens shiny new doors

After weeks of packing, the Australian Film Television and Radio School has now moved in to its brand new purpose-built home at The Entertainment Quarter, in Moore Park in Sydney.

This puts the school right next to Fox Studios, and in very close proximity to Animal Logic, Soundfirm, Trackdown, Vision Bytes, Spectrum Films and other national and international production companies.

This will provide opportunities for AFTRS students to interact and collaborate with other practitioners and the wider community.

Cultural benefits for AFTRS include creative relationships developing with neighbouring institutions such as NIDA.

AFTRS is also accepting applications for its mid-year intake, for a range of courses covering screenwriting, producing, screen business and digital media.
