Here are some of our latest programs which will surely delight you. “A Taste of China” with program leader, Chef Cheong Liew OA, one of the best-known chefs in South Australia on a tour around China to indulge and learn about the variety of regional Chinese cuisines.

 A Taste of China: 29 October – 13 November, 2013

Join Odyssey on our inaugural cuisine tour of China with celebrated chef, Cheong Liew. US Food and Wine magazine named Cheong as “one of the 10 hottest chefs alive” and he has been inducted into the 'Hall of Fame in the World Food Media Awards'. Cheong Liew was also awarded an OAM in 1999. Our culinary journey takes us to the award-winning internationally acclaimed Yu's Family Kitchen in Chengdu. There we can sample an exquisite banquet, learn about the secret ingredients in Sichuan cuisine and the art of cooking with herbs and spices. Read more>>

Hong Kong Art Basel & Shanghai's Art and Architecture : 21May – 30May, 2013
Join Simon Chan for a tour to Hong Kong from 21 May to 24 May, including a half day Hong Kong Island tour to Victoria Peak for panoramic views across Victoria Harbour and travel to Stanley Market and Aberdeen Fishing Village, entrance to the Hong Kong Art Fair VIP meeting with a talk by leading journalist, Art Critic John McDonald. Our Shanghai's Art and Architecture program explores the traditional art and architecture of China's most populous and cosmopolitan city, Shanghai. China has changed seemingly overnight, and Shanghai's contemporary artists express and capture the impact of this rapid transformation. A second departure is scheduled for October 2013.
 

Odyssey to Taiwan: 11 – 22 September, 2013

Amazing curltural festivals, temples, shrines, breathtaking natural wonders, bustling night markets, magnificent cuisine and hospitable people. These are just a few reasons why Taiwan is fast becoming the new must-see travel destination.
Our Ed-Venture includes Taipei with its impressive Taipei 101 Tower and the National Palace Museum housing the world’s largest collection of Chinese art. We visit an aboriginal village and enjoy a performance of their traditional dancing illustrating their mythical origins and age-old traditional activities. We spend a morning at Yehliu Geo-Park on the island’s north coast, strolling around its famous rock formations, then on to the villages of Chiufen, once centres for gold mining in Taiwan.
