FinalPost, a new 5K digital post facility, is proud to announce the addition of LIGHT IRON OUTPOST to its file-based post production arsenal.
Landing in Australia February 2012 for this first time, OUTPOST gives productions same-day access to colour corrected and synched assets in both 2D & 3D while also managing data processes for editorial and more.

A ground breaker, OUTPOST was initially developed to service the needs of ILM’s John Knoll for 3D review on the set of Avatar, OUTPOST has always stood up to the most demanding needs and continues to set the benchmark for on-set file-based workflow.
Heading straight to work in Melbourne, OUTPOST will be available for productions across Australia.
FinalPost launched its facility late 2011 focusing on file-based post production and workflow capable of working up to 16bit 5k material. The facility not only provides a creative haven with leading DI and editorial toolsets but also gives access to some of Australia’s finest talent for colour grading, finishing and editorial.
