JMC Academy celebrated 28 years of education excellence in the Creative Industries last night by reconnecting with graduates from 1998 to 2009.
From classmates to colleagues, Sydney’s Harbour View Hotel was packed full of Australian talent from all corners of the film, television and audio worlds.
The line up of guest speakers included Trackdown Digital’s General manager Elaine Beckett who graduated from JMC Academy in 2005 and is fresh from producing the Black Eyed peas Sydney concert filming and co-ordinating Australian film, Tomorrow when the War Began (2010).
Other speakers included Trackdown Digital’s Daniel Brown, ARPA’s Karen Blackall and young entrepreneur Ben Kumanovski who together have a portfolio featuring Australia (2008), Happy Feet (2006), Jumper (2008), Katie Noonan, Denni Hines, Nick Caster, Toyota, BHP Billiton and Mortgage House.
