Louise Fox, producer and showrunner of Glitch, is set to join Matchbox Pictures/NBCUniversal in a permanent role that will see her work across a range of scripted projects both in Australia and abroad.
Fox is already in development on the third season of Glitch and is working with NBCU to develop a pilot for Hulu.
Matchbox acting MD Matt Vitins said: “Louise has been a close friend and collaborator with the company over a number of years, especially on Glitch, and we are thrilled to have her even closer on our projects. She will be an incredible asset to our scripted team.”
Fox’s TV career began writing for comedy Fast Forward, before moving onto adult drama on shows like Always Greener, Fireflies, Rush. She was a core member of the writing team Love My Way, spent two years working on the Star Wars live action television series, was an executive consultant/writer on Camelot and wrote an episode of ITV drama Broadchurch.
In addition to Glitch, Fox has recently worked on The Kettering Incident and adapted the novel Dead Europe by Christos Tsiolkas for See-Saw.
