Stan collars Cartoon Network shows

Stan and Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific have  announced a content licensing agreement that will see a variety of popular kids programming available on the subscription video-on-demand service (SVOD).

The biggest hits from Cartoon Network, Turner’s flagship kids brand, will join Stan’s lineup, including Adventure Time, Regular Show, Ben 10, Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Omniverse and three Ben 10 special features, which were made available from March 15.

The deal is non-exclusive apart from The Powerpuff Girls, for which Stan has a 3-months SVOD window.

Even more kids favourites from Cartoon Network’s extensive library will be available on Stan from April 1, such as Generator Rex, Cow and Chicken and Ed, Edd, n Eddy.

“We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Turner, bringing to Stan some of the world’s most popular kids shows from their flagship kids brand Cartoon Network. We’re excited that Stan will be the first SVOD service in Australia to add huge hits like Adventure Time and Ben 10 to our lineup,” Nick Forward, Stan’s Director of Content and Product, said.

All titles will be included in Stan’s $10 monthly fee, with a 30-day free trial available to new subscribers, providing a value for money entertainment option for Australian families.

Stan’s dedicated “kids zone” enables a safe and controlled viewing environment for kids of all ages, with the ability to set up individual profiles for everyone in the family based on classification.

With Stan you can stream your favourite shows anywhere and anytime, in up to full HD, on multiple devices including TVs, smartphones, tablets and computers.
