Brietta Hague's 'Baltasar' was awarded Best Australian Short Film at the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) Shorts Awards yesterday evening, while Jordan Giusti, director of 'Reptile', took home the Award For Emerging Australian Filmmaker.
One of four recipients of the inaugural Metro Screen Fellowship, administered by the ADG, Brietta Hague travelled to Cuba in March to attend a two-week workshop with German director Werner Herzog.
