Brisbane-based screenwriter and director Lucas Taylor is off to Europe later this year, having been named the 2017 recipient of the Greg Coote Scholarship.
The scholarship, launched in 2014 and worth $30,000, will see Doneman mentored by high-profile executive producer Shane Brennan, creator of NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS), in the show's LA writers room.
